Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, he submitted representation on 06.06.2018 to the 2nd respondent-the Commissioner, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for R.2, that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent, the same will be verified and proper action will be taken, as per law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the 2nd respondent to verify the representation, dated 06.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action on the said representation, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as per law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
