This is a Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/defendant assailing the order, dated 04.07.2014, of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Bantumilli, passed in I.A.No.28 of 2013 in O.S.No.14 of 2013.

There is no representation for the petitioner. The note of the Registry reveals that the trial court disposed of the suit on 11.06.2015. 3.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
