HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8756 of 2008 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in seeking to acquire the property of the petitioners in Sy.No.428/1/C of Bhuthpur Village and Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing the writ petition certain developments have taken place under which the petitioner was paid compensation for the property acquired and the petitioner not being satisfied with the same approached the District Collector by filing appeal, the notified authority under the National Highways Act. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to close the writ petition by giving liberty to pursue the other remedies available under law including pursuing the proceedings before the District Collector.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the other remedies available under law including pursuing the proceedings before the District Collector. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
