ORDER

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 13.06.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.19427 of 2018.

The petitioner filed the aforesaid writ petition challenging the order dated 29.11.2017 passed in O.A.No.10 of 2017 by the Endowments Tribunal. This Court, by order dated 13.06.2018 granted interim suspension of the said order. It is not in dispute that by the date of passing of interim order, the respondent herein took possession of the subject premises. Therefore, the suspension of the order of the Tribunal cannot be understood as automatic reversal of the status quo ante. If the petitioner desires to regain possession of the subject premises, he can make separate application in the writ petition.

In those circumstances, I do not find any contempt in the present case.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
