This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.163 of 2014 on the file of P.S. Wadapalli, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences under Sections 384, 420, 468, 471, 472, 506 and 149 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 30.07.2014 and it was taken cognizance by the Hon'ble Judicial First Class Magistrate at Miryalaguda and numbered as C.C.No.1452 of 2015 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in Crime No.163 of 2014 of Wadapalli Police Station, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition. In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
