THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT APPEAL No.1012 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) This Writ Appeal is against the order by which the learned single Judge relegated the writ petitioner to continue prosecution of the statutory appeal.

The grievance of the writ petitioner/appellant in the Writ Appeal is that, pending that statutory appeal, his possession should have been protected.

As noted in the order dated 27.07.2018, it was submitted that the statutory appeal was heard. Today it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the statutory appeal has been decided on 07.08.2018.

The said fact is recorded and this Writ Appeal is closed without prejudice to the appellant's right to challenge the aforesaid order and also seek interlocutory orders, if any, as may be permissible in law.
