The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners challenging the proceedings in FIR No.122 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yemmiganoor, Kurnool District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Admittedly, there is a dispute between the 4th respondent and the petitioners, and a number of litigations has arisen between the petitioners and the 4th respondent and hence, the above case was registered against the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above Crime. However, the official respondents are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioners. 5.
