This civil revision petition arises out of order dt.31.7.2015 in I.A. No.675 of 2015 in O.S. No.58 of 2014, on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam.

At the hearing, Mr. K. Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that issue raised in this civil revision petition is identical to the one raised in C.R.P. No.2397 of 2016, which was dismissed by this Court by order dt.03.06.2016 with certain observations. In the light of the said submission, the present civil revision petition is also dismissed subject to the same observations as made in the above said order.
