HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 46118 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.12.2016 for police protection with regard to the land belonging to the petitioner from the unofficial respondents 4 and 5. When a notice was issued to the respondents 4 and 5, learned counsel for the respondents 4 and 5 submitted that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5. Learned Government Pleader submits that no representation dated 10.12.2016 was received by them.

In view of the above facts, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law, if he seeks any protection.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
