Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 5. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the Petitioner herein most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent No.5 in not taking necessary steps to investigate into the crime reported in FIR No.593 of 2014 dated 19-07-2014 as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, contrary to law and in violation of the fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 14 and 21 of constitution of India and constitutional guarantee contained under Article 300 A of constitution of India and to issue a consequential direction to forthwith to take appropriate action against the culprits for the offence of forgery and using the forged documents as genuine before the public authorities in the interest of justice and pass such other and further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the circumstances of the case."

During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to registration of Crime/FIR No. 593 of 2014, investigation was completed and a charge sheet was also filed and that the same was taken on file, vide C.C.No.12 of 2017 before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition, since the charge sheet is already filed, and the writ petition is liable to be closed. 5.
