There was no representation for the petitioner or its learned counsel when this matter was taken up for hearing on 05.12.2019 and 13.12.2019. It was accordingly directed to be posted 'For Dismissal' on 19.12.2019.

Today, though the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation, yet again, for the petitioner or its learned counsel when the matter is taken up for hearing. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 04.11.2009 shall stand vacated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
