Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State of Andhra Pradesh in opposing the same and perused the F.I.R., and the bail application averments.
3.
It is from the so-called disclosure of A1 to A4 of they are doing at the instance of the petitioner-A7, who is shown as co-accused along with A6 during investigation. The petitioner went unsuccessful in Crl.M.P.No.326 of 2018 for the anticipatory bail before the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Anantapuram by order dated 28.06.2018. 4.
The contentions in the bail application are that the petitioner is falsely implicated and there is no truth in the allegations levelled against him and the entire case facts mentioned by the respondent are false, baseless, fictitious and untenable.
Dr. SSRB,J Crl. P.No.7928 of 2018 5.
The investigation is no doubt mostly completed. However, it is not a fit case for anticipatory bail even it is shown A1 to A4 were granted regular bail, but for to seek such remedy; for which, this observation no way prejudice in approaching the learned Sessions Judge concerned by virtue of this order.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of rather than dismissal.
