Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an appeal.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
