This appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1 of CPC challenging the order dated 04.05.2012 passed in I.A.No.473 of 2012 in MVOP No.194 of 2011 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal‐cum‐III Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Nandyal. The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the purpose of filing of the present appeal has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this miscellaneous appeal, shall stand closed.
