THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.11699 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners-A2 and A3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.354 of 2016 on the file of Pet Basheerbad Police Station, Medchal District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B IPC.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the same was numbered as PRC No.12 of 2017. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.

Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners-A2 and A3 are given liberty to work out appropriate remedies before appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if they choose to do so. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
