This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 3 to 5 in registering the case and arresting the accused pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner dated 11-07-2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on the basis of complaint made by the petitioner dated 11-07-2018, a case in Cr.No.104 of 2018 was registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC against respondents 6 to 8 and another. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
