HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.7941 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners are A16 & A20 in Crime No.17 of 2018 on the file of Kodimial Police Station, Karimnagar. The crime is registered on 06.02.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 & 471 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State of Telangana in opposing the same and perused the F.I.R., and the bail application averments.

A perusal of the F.I.R. with the bail application averments no way entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail by the petitioners, but for to observe that none of the offences are punishable above seven years, the petitioners are entitled to the protection of Section 41A Cr.P.C. for the police to follow.
