THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.6760 OF 2017 JUDGMENT: (Oral) (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby to forthwith produce the detainee, by name, Kumari Sanapala Jahnsi Rani, D/o S.Raj Gopal Rao before this court, who is now in the illegal detention of the respondents No.1 and 2 and set her at liberty.

Pursuant to order dated 06.03.2017, the respondents No.1 and 2 have been produced by the respondent No.4 along with Kumari Sanapala Jahnsi Rani, who was born on 10.07.1998. She is more than 18 years and states that she does not know the petitioner. She has no affairs with him and she has no intention to marry with the petitioner. She is not under the pressure of her parents or any other person.

3. Since she is major, the Court cannot dictate the terms to her with whom she should live or what to do in her life.

4. In view of the facts recorded above and the interaction with Sanapala Jahnsi Rani, there is no necessity to pass any direction in the present petition.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
