THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26420 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Social Welfare, Roads and Buildings, Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to and and 7, Sri S.Lakshminarayana Reddy and Sri S.Arifulla, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5 respectively, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of his grievance, he submitted a representation on 14.12.2017 to the respondents herein but no action has been taken, despite lapse of considerable length of time.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to verify the representation, submitted by the petitioner herein, and to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

For the foregoing reasons, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondents herein to

verify the representation, dated 14.12.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
