Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for GAD for the respondent. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that her husband one Sri Kaitha Illaiah was killed by the extremists on 17.09.1992 and the police registered FIR.32 of 1993 under Sections 148 and 302 I.P.C and Sections 3 and 4 of TADA Act and Section 25 (i) (b) of IA Act.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel that the State Government issued G.O.Ms.No.50, General Administration (SC.A) Department, dated 21.02.2014, fixing the financial assistance of Rs.5,00,000/- to the family members of those who lost their lives in extremist activities. It is further submitted that on the representation made by the petitioner herein to the second respondent requesting to extend the benefit under the above said G.O, the District Collector/the second respondent herein vide letter Rc.No.C2.1862-II/2014 dated 30.07.2015 addressed to the Tahasildar, Narmetta Mandal, to secure certain information/papers for processing the claim of the petitioner herein. It is stated that on the day indicated in the said letter dated 30.07.2015 i.e., 07.05.2015, petitioner herein submitted the relevant affidavit/documents. 4.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite the above no further action has been taken by the respondents in the direction of reddressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein. 5.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court in the facts and circumstance of the case,

deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent to take further action pursuant to the letter of the District Collector vide Rc.No.C2.1862-II/2014, dated 30.07.2015, if the petitioner herein submitted the documents as mentioned in the said letter and pass appropriate orders. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
