Without prejudice to the other remedies to which the petitioner is entitled in law, this Court is convinced that the filing of Contempt Case after lapse of several years does not satisfy the requirements of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed.
