THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2967 of 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the respondent No.4 & 5 threatening the petitioner to vacate from petitioner's schedule property at the instance and influence of the respondent No.6 & 7 situated in S.No.494/2, 494/3 and 497 admeasuring Ac.3.20 guntas situated at Mancherevula Village, Narsing Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and not taking any action against petitioner's complaint Dt.18-01-2014 is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional being violative of Art.14, 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 & 3 to initiate action and enquiry against the respondents 4 & 5 for not taking any action against the petitioner's complaint dt.18-01-2014 for interfering in petitioner's property by the respondents 6 & 7 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions, dated 29.10.2019, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Narsinghi Police Station, Cyberabad.

From perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that after enquiry on the petition submitted by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.80 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 447 and 427 IPC was registered against respondent Nos.6 and 7. After investigation,

final report was filed before the concerned Court. The case was taken on file as C.C.No.602 of 2015 by the Court of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Upperpally, Rajendranagar, and the same was ended in acquittal on 11.04.2018.

In the light of the above said facts and circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to raise objections before the concerned Court on the said final report.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
