This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order, dated 01-09-2012 in O.S.No.140 of 2008 on the file of the XIII Additional District Judge, Krishna District at Vijayawada. 2.

As per the office note, dated 28-10-2016, the suit itself was disposed of on 29-01-2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the suit was disposed of. 3.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in this revision. 4.
