HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31530 fo 2017 ORDER:
1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in not considering the representations dated 10.04.2017 and 29.05.2017 submitted by the petitioners, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and Andhra Pradesh Records of Rights and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971; and consequently direct respondent No.4 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 10.04.2017 and 29.05.2017.
2) Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the petitioners have made representations on 10.04.2017 and 29.05.2017 seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records and also for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, but respondent No.4 did not consider the same till date. 3) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners are required to make a suitable application in Form-6 through online, in which event the same will be considered in accordance with law.
4) Giving liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh application through online as per Form-6, the present writ petition is disposed of. In the event of such an application being made by the petitioners, the authorities shall consider the same and pass
orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
