This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order, dated 30.04.2015, passed in I.A.No.331 of 2015 in O.P.No.250 of 2012 by the learned Judge, Family Court - cum - V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

2. No representation for the revision petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent is present.

4. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that O.P.No.250 of 2012 on the file of learned Judge, Family Court - cum - V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, was allowed on 08.07.2016. Therefore, the present revision petition, which was filed in the year 2015, becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
