Heard Sri Y.Raveendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce (Telangana).

The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents 2 and 3 in not taking any action pursuant to the Memo No.2274/INF/A2/2008, dated 04.01.2010, issued by the State Government and Memo No.29/1/2006/0507/ID, dated 30.07.2010, issued by the Commissioner of Industries/second respondent herein.

By virtue of the memo dated 04.01.2010 the State Government granted permission to the Commissioner of Industries to take further action to extend the present lease hold rights for a further period of 25 years from the date of expiry of present lease hold rights period in respect of Plot Nos.6, 7, 8 and 21/A of MIE, Hafeezpet, Ranga Reddy District, in favour of Sri D.B.Narendra Babu, representing M/s.Kakatiya Industrial and Commercial Developers Private Limited, Hyderabad. It is also clear from the record that pursuant to the memo dated 04.01.2010, the office of the Commissioner of Industries, Hyderabad vide memo dated 30.07.2010 while enclosing the copy of the said memo dated 04.01.
2010 requested the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Rangareddy District to take necessary action in consultation with the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District for extension of leasehold rights for a further period of 25 years from the date of expiry of the present leasehold rights period and also requested to take up the matter of approval of plans of the said Company with IALA, Sanathnagar/Jeedimetla and also to execute the lease deed in terms of clause (e) of the lease deed executed to facilitate the applicant for obtaining loans from the financial institutions.
4. At the Bar, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for the respondents that consequential action may be permitted to be taken by the respondents herein by fixing some time.
5. In view of the above, without going into other aspects of the matter, writ petition is
disposed of, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate action pursuant to the Memo No.2274/INF/A2/2008, dated 04.01.2010, issued by the State Government, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
