Heard Sri Poodattu Amarender, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation, appearing for respondents.

2. Though, the prayer of the petitioners is against inaction of the respondents in considering and disposing of representations dated 02.08.2012 and 18.01.2013, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, this Court is not inclined to give appropriate directions to the respondents for consideration of the said representations, which go to show that the grievance of the petitioners, on account of passage of time, may not subsist for consideration, either by this Court or the authorities concerned.

3. For the above reason, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ______________________ JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Date: 19.10.2016.
