This contempt case is filed seeking to punish the respondents under Sections 1O to 1 2 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 7977, for deliberate and wilful disobedience in complying with the order passed by this Court in in W.P.No.173O of 2013, dated 24.01.2Ot3.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as directed by this Court dated 24.01.2013, the respondents are not interfering with the subject property.

3. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required.
