When the matter is taken up, additional written instructions dated 27.08.2018 furnished by the Detective Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionnerate are placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Last paragraph of the said instructions read as under:

"In view of the above facts and circumstances, I pray this Hon'ble Court to grant 15 days time to the Investigating Agency for filing appropriate report U/Sec.173 Cr.P.C before the concerned Hon'ble Court and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interests of Justice."

In view of the contents of the above said paragraph, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent police authorities to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible, as indicated in the above paragraph of the instructions. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
