When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by both the counsel that by virtue of the interim orders granted by this Court on 29.10.2003 in WPMP No.28541 of 2003, the petitioner was engaged and is being continued in service and, therefore, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
