This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to

declare the inaction of respondent No.3, in taking action against the alleged illegal constructions being raised by respondent No.4, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities (Telangana State), on instructions from respondent No.3, submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, a show cause notice was issued under Section (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965, to respondent No.4 and that further action depending upon the explanation of respondent No.4 will be taken.

The above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
