HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 22109 OF 2016 ORDER:

Challenging the proceedings of first respondent-University dated 02.07.2016 to the extent of not granting affiliation to the entire intake capacity of B.Tech-EEE and B.Tech-Mechanical Engineering courses as sanctioned by AICTE in its approval for the academic year 2016-17, the present Writ Petition is filed. When the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, it is specifically submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioners that the deficiencies as pointed out by the Fact Finding Committee for Affiliation (FFCA) have been complied with and the same has been

intimated to the first respondent-University. Having regard to the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, there shall be a direction to the first respondent-University to cause inspection and re-verify the compliance of deficiencies and if it is found that the deficiencies as pointed out by FFCA are made available good, appropriate steps may be taken for granting valid affiliation to the aforesaid courses and consequential inclusion of the petitioners-College in the counseling.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. -------------------------------------------------- JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM DATED 11th JULY, 2016.
