This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 5th respondent in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.07.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner FIR No.692 of 2018 was registered on 26.07.2018, as such no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
