It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri B.G.Ravinder Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Employees State Insurance Corporation that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 06.10.2015, passed by this Court in WP.No.6363 of 2009 and batch which is confirmed by Judgment dated 16.03.2016 rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in WA.No.200 of 2016 and batch.

Following the common order in WP.No.6363 of 2009 and batch dated 06.10.2015 and for the reasons given therein, this writ petition is dismissed in terms of the said order.
