VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30591 OF 2023 ORDER:(ORAL) This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities in not considering Dharani Application of the petitioner vide Dharani Reference No.2200014O65 dated 07.02.2022 submitted for removing the endorsement 'Prohibited for transaction' shown in the category of Transaction Status in Dharani Portal in respect of his land admeasuring Acs.4-30 guntas in Survey No.162144 situated at Fathepur Village, Shankerpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice. 2.
lt is stated that originally the petitioner's mother A. Prameela was the absolute owner and possessor of the aforesaid subject land by virtue of the registered gift deed bearing document No.1145 of 1986 dated 11.07.1986. Her name was mutated in the revenue records vtde proceedings No. 8/2089/1986 dated 10.06.1987. She died on 25.O8.2004. Thereafter, the petitioner applied for grant of succession, and by proceedings No. 8/3446/2004 dated 30.10.2004, succession was granled to him. The petitioner was issued e-pattadar passbook No.T05240020257 vide Khata No.600. lt is submitted that on verification of Dharani records, it was noticed that the status of the petitioner's land is being reflected as 'Prohibited for transaction'. The

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, and perused the material available on record.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on Dharani application of the petitioner.
