Bhosale) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants desire to adopt appropriate remedy for redressal of their grievance and that he has instructions not to press this writ appeal.
Writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed.
It is open to the appellants to take appropriate remedy, if any, for redressal of their grievance. It is made clear that we have not examined whether the appellants are having any remedy in law. It is made further clear that if any such proceedings are filed, the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
