WRIT PETITION NO. 26487 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The petitioner prays for the following relief: To issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by directing the second respondent to accept the fitness certificate issued by the APSRTC Hospital, Tarnaka vide No. TNK/2016001138, dated 23/7/2016 keeping in view the circular No. PD-03/1999 dated 08/1/1999 to take the petitioner into service forthwith.

2. At request of respondents the writ petition was adjourned from 17/8/2016 to today. The learned standing counsel on instructions submits that, if the petitioner reports to duty before the second respondent, the second respondent without demur will accept the joining report. The statement is placed on record.

3. The writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to petitioner to report to second respondent along with a copy of this order and the second respondent is directed to accept the joining report of petitioner without demur. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in

this writ petition shall stand closed.
