This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the order and decree dated 27.04.2017 passed in I.A.No.700 of 2014 in O.S.No.2421 of 2006 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition. To that effect, he also filed a letter dated 20.08.2018 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
