THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.C.C.A.No.172 OF 2000 JUDGMENT:

Sri M.R.S. Srinivas, learned counsel for the appellants, represents that he has issued notice to the appellants two weeks' back, but none of the surviving appellants did approach him till yesterday. It is also represented by him that in the year 2014, the case bundle was taken away by the appellants, but, still, 'no objection' was not taken from him.

2. It appears that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the appeal further, lest there would have been appearance when the case bundle itself was taken away from the learned counsel in the year 2014.

3. Therefore, the present appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution by the appellants.

4. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ A. SHANKAR NARAYANA, J September 19, 2016.
