Learned counsel for the petitioners states that G.O.Ms.No.111, Municipal Administration, dated 08.03.1996, which was earlier issued, has already been withdrawn by the Government. Moreover, it is stated that the buildings of the petitioners have already been regularized and house numbers are given and, therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press the present Writ Petitions. Having regard to the above made submission, all the Writ Petitions are closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
