Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that during pendency of the revision petition, the suit before the trial court was dismissed for default and therefore, no cause survives in the revision petition.

Hence, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the revision petitioner is at liberty to move appropriate application before the trial court for appropriate relief. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision petition, shall stand closed.
