Learned counsel for the petitioners filed a letter dated 10.8.2018 before the Registry requesting to list the matter under the caption, "For withdrawal".

A perusal of the said letter would indicate that the petitioners have instructed the counsel to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Therefore, basing on the said letter and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
