This petition is filed, by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.21 of 2013 on the file of Station House Officer, Marriguda Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 199 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.

Permission is accorded.
