Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension dated 04.10.2017 and further continuing her under suspension. 3.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, no disciplinary proceedings are initiated against the petitioner so far, whereas she is continued to be under suspension without any justification.

Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Director, Women Development and Child Welfare, Hyderabad, the 2nd respondent, to review the desirability of further continuation of suspension of the petitioner, if so far no charge sheet is drawn against her and no progress is made in the enquiry, duly taking note of the instructions in G.O.Ms.No.86, dated 08.03.1994. The decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall stand closed.
