This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order, dated 27-03-2015 in Crl.R.P.No.82 of 2014 on the file of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, confirming the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1298 of 2014 in C.C.No.744 of 2009 on the file of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
