HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26402 OF 2018 ORDER :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 9 in not providing police protection to the petitioners landed property admeasuring Ac.6.36 guntas covered by Survey No.90 and 91, situated at Tattiannaram Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Rangareddy District by restraining the respondents 10 to 54 in interfering with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment over the aforesaid landed property, in view of the title of the petitioners upheld by this Court in Review IA.No.3 of 2018 in AS.No.912 of 1999, dated 03.07.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the learned counsel for the petitioners was questioned as to whether any injunction was granted in favour of petitioners, he stated that no injunction was granted, however, stated they succeeded in the review in Review IA.No.3/2018 in AS.No.912/1999, dated 03.07.2018.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy as may be available to them under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
