HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2143 of 2013 ORDER :

It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the prosecution agency filed charge sheet after investigation in the above crime and the learned Magistrate committed to the Court of Sessions and the same is numbered as S.C. No.353/2013, the present proceedings sought for against the PRC no way survives for consideration.

2) In the result, the Criminal Petition is closed, giving liberty to petitioners/ accused Nos.2,3,5 & 6 either to impugn by filing application for discharge under Section 227 Cr.P.C before the learned Court of Sessions or by any fresh petition with relevant material including part-II CD and the cognizance, if any, taken by learned Magistrate.

3) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
