HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 15042 of 2016 ORDER:

By this Criminal Petition, the petitioners seek relaxation of the conditions imposed upon them by the trial Court vide order dated 29.07.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1778 of 2016.

Vide order dated 29.07.2016 the petitioners were directed to be enlarged on bail on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two Government sureties of like sum each, one from the native place of the accused and the other surety from Visakhapatnam, to the satisfaction of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsipatnam.

Keeping in view the averments made in the petition and submissions of the learned Counsel for the parties, I hereby modify the order dated 29.07.2016 and direct that the petitioners shall furnish personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties each for the like sum, one surety from the native place of the accused and other surety from Visakhapatnam, to the satisfaction of trial Court.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed,. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed in consequence. -------------------------------------------- JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT DATED 19TH October, 2016.
