This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, by the appellant-petitioner in M.V.O.P. No.737 of 2002 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cumVII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Krishna at Vijayawada, aggrieved by the order dated 14.11.2005 passed in the said O.P.
