THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26520 of 2018 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that despite submitting a number of representations against the unofficial respondent herein for encroaching the institution's property, the official respondents have not taken any action. It is also submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner also lodged a criminal complaint against the unofficial respondent herein. Despite service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the unofficial respondent-R.7.
Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Jagan Mohan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Institution, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 30.06.2018, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. There shall be no order as to costs.
